Delete Your Data

Version 2.0.0 Effective date: 6 October 2026

Send a data deletion request by email

Dreamy Room has no accounts: your game data is stored only on your device and is not kept on a server. This page explains how to delete it, and what you can do about the small amount of technical data that exists outside the device. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone; we cannot recover the data for you.

Deleting data does not cancel your App Store / Google Play subscription. Manage your subscription from the store.

1. Delete in the app

  1. Tap Settings (the gear icon that leads to the Parent Area) and complete the parental gate.
  2. In the Your data section, tap Delete data.
  3. Read the warning and confirm with Delete forever.

This deletes all game data on the device: rooms, items, collection, stars, coins, stickers, settings, the selected age range and privacy choices. The app also deletes the anonymous technical ID from Firebase Authentication, deletes the push notification token and resets the Google Analytics app-instance ID, then creates a new random ID. The game then starts as if it were opened for the first time, and all choices return to their default (most protective) values. If the device is offline at that moment, the app may ask you to try again when you are connected.

2. Delete by removing the app

Deleting the app from your device also deletes all data the app stored on the device. Room pictures you saved to your photo library stay there until you delete them.

Device backups: if your device's own backup feature is on (iCloud Backup or a computer backup on iOS; backup to your Google account on Android), game progress and room pictures may exist in backups made earlier. We have no access to these backups; you can delete them in your device or Apple / Google account settings.

3. Data outside the device

Game progress, settings and choices are never kept on a server. Only the following technical data exists outside the device:

What Where How you control it How long
Anonymous technical ID (random ID, creation and last-use dates; no name or email) Google Firebase Authentication Delete data creates a new ID; the old one is never used again and is not linked to any game data Kept by Firebase until the ID is deleted
Analytics data (in-app events, random app-instance identifier) Google Analytics for Firebase Switch off Parent Area → Privacy → Anonymous usage statistics Event-level data is deleted within 2 months
Push token and topic subscriptions Google Firebase Cloud Messaging Switch off in Parent Area → Notifications; the token is deleted Until switched off or the app is deleted
Firebase installation ID and remote-settings technical data Google Firebase — Under Google's Firebase retention terms
Advertising data Google AdMob; Unity Ads on Android Delete or reset the advertising ID in your device's ad settings; details in Tracking & Ads Under their own policies (independent controllers)
Purchase history and your store account Apple or Google Contact Apple or Google directly Under their own policies (independent controllers)
Emails you sent us Our mailbox Ask us by email to delete them Up to 2 years after the request is closed

Your Premium subscription belongs to your store account, not to your device or to Dreamy Room. If it is still active after you delete your data, you can restore it with Parent Area → Restore purchases.

4. Requests by email

For requests to access, learn about, delete or object to analytics data or other data outside the device, write to support@denizsengul.com. Tell us which platform you use (iPhone, iPad or Android), and do not send us a child's personal details. Because we do not know your name or contact details and this data is linked only to random identifiers, we may not always be able to match your request to specific data; if so, we will explain what can be done. We complete email requests within 30 days after the request has been verified.
